Managing Director of Domestic Violence Services
Ms. Pemberton has been employed with Family Tree for 15 years. She has over 33 years of experience in non-profit management, in the fields of human services, health care, education, and cultural arts. Eighteen years have been as director of domestic violence programs. Additionally, she worked for four years in the for-profit sector in marketing and finance. Ms. Pemberton is skilled in fund development, program evaluation, financial management, organizational management, public speaking and community relations. She is currently responsible for overseeing the Domestic Violence Services at Family Tree, to include the 24-hour Crisis Line, Shelter and Support Services, Legal Advocacy Program and the Counseling and Education Program, Supervised Visitation and the Safe Exchange Programs. Ms. Pemberton received the 2009 Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance Exemplary Leadership Award.
