Working with Family Tree

As a non-profit human services agency, we are committed to empowering change and transforming the lives of vulnerable populations in our community.

We aim to recruit and retain high-quality team members who share in our commitment and vision to empower people and transform our community through innovative and integrated services.

Due to the nature of our programs, upon acceptance of a job offer, all employees must submit to a state and national fingerprint-based criminal history records check, Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI) name check, Colorado Sex Offender Registry check, and a National Sex Offender Registry check. Most positions also require a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and are subject to Family Tree’s automobile insurance criteria. Please note a criminal background may not necessarily exclude you from job opportunities at Family Tree.

Recruiting and Retention Bonus

Family Tree is offering a $300 hiring bonus paid on the first paycheck after hired. In addition, Family Tree is offering a retention bonus of $500 after 12 months of employment and $700 after 18 months of employment.

To apply, please send resume and cover letter to: hrjobs@thefamilytree.org

In order to find the best job fit, Family Tree may review your resume and consider you for other available positions. In addition, if you have an interest in more than one position at Family Tree please include that in your cover letter.
