QUALIFICATIONS: MA in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services, current Colorado license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Minimum 2 years post licensure experience required working clinically with at-risk emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youth and their families; individual, couples, family and group therapy required; working knowledge of brief, solution focused therapy, short term crisis intervention model, and DSM IV required; supervisory experience important; ability to work independently in a high energy setting with a diverse client population; ability to establish and maintain a smooth interface with various community referral sources, county and state licensing agencies/representatives. Must have a current Colorado driver’s license for in-home Aftercare Clinical Services and various meetings off site.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining and facilitating quality assurance for the overall clinical program. Oversee program development and marketing of clinical staff including graduate interns and license-eligible interns, carrying a caseload from Wraparound Client Services and Day Treatment Programs as needed. Timely submission of monthly statistics, timely facilitation of weekly clinical supervision (group and individual with therapists), case review and consultation meetings with milieu staff, participation in individual supervision with Gemini Managing Director. Overseeing fee for service Medicaid billing.
SCHEDULE: Part-time, 20 hours, flexible, but generally 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
