QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Counseling/Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university required, licensure preferred. Knowledge of child development (infancy through adolescence) mental illness and the dynamics of high conflict divorce and domestic violence upon children and parents necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Flexible schedule with daytime, weekend and evening work.  Must have basic computer competency.   Must be fluent in oral and written Spanish and English.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires active participation in facilitating the orientation process and facilitating therapeutic supervised parenting time sessions.  Completing summaries and providing feedback to parents.  Must demonstrate a commitment to serving and working with all populations and people.

SCHEDULE: Schedule varies.  Number of hours per week to be determined - evenings and Sundays.

Due to the nature of our programs, upon hire all staff must submit to a CBI fingerprint background investigation and a Colorado Department of Human Services child abuse check. Most positions also require a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and are subject to Family Tree's automobile insurance criteria.
