POSITION:  Bilingual Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing and Family Stabilization-Homelessness Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor‘s Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous employment or internship with homeless families and individuals with multiple barriers and individuals required. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders as well as knowledge of community resources is strongly desired. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. Must have fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for interviewing, assessing and serving individual and family

applicants for Family Tree Homelessness Program. Case Managers provide home/field-based case management,

advocacy, community linkage, referrals, collaborations and program crisis line activities. 

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include some evenings and weekends.
