POSITION: Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing and Family Stabilization-Homelessness Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor‘s Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous employment or internship with homeless families and individuals with multiple barriers and individuals required. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders as well as knowledge of community resources is strongly desired. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for interviewing, assessing and serving individual and family

applicants for Family Tree Homelessness Program. Case Managers provide home/field-based case management,

advocacy, community linkage, referrals, collaborations and program crisis line activities. 

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include some evenings and weekends.


POSITION: Therapist/Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Community Family Resource Team-Child and Youth Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field of study. Licensure, CAC, or relevant certifications preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Language proficiency preferred. Minimum 1 year experience providing individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and related services to youth and families. Access to acceptable transportation on a daily basis, for various home visits and off-site meetings. Valid Colorado driver’s license, car insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record. Clear background checks with Colorado bureau of investigation (CBI) and the central registry.

POSITION SUMMARY: To provide brief, home-and community-based individual and family therapy, case

management, resource assistance, and support to at-risk emotionally-disturbed youth and families (often referred

through departments of human services). To help youth and families address issues around substance abuse, trauma,

abuse and neglect, truancy, and criminal behaviors. To partner with youth, families, and the referring agency to work

towards family stabilization and prevention of out-of-home placement.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include some evenings and weekends.


POSITION: Team Lead Store Clerk

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Treasure Trunk-Gifts and Community Support

QUALIFICATIONS: Retail management and/or customer service experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates a positive attitude. Has the ability to multi-task. Comfortable dealing with general public. Is respectful to all coworkers, customers, clients and donors. Trustworthy and self-motivated. Believes in Family Tree’s inclusion statement. Some heavy lifting required. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Full daytime availability, including weekends. This position requires strength to lift and move donations (up to 40 pounds), and the ability to stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.

POSITION SUMMARY: Manage daily shifts for 2-6 staff/volunteers. Open and close the store, including count-out and register balancing. Scheduling and payroll. Merchandising and planning for sales and stock rotation.  Documentation and corrective action. Provide assistance to customers, price goods, and process merchandise in donation centers (indoor and outdoor), run register, stock shelves and racks, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store. Fast paced environment.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, (Schedule Varies) M-F 8:45-6:15, Sat 9:00-5:15, Sun 10:45-5:15.


POSITION: Staff Accountant

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Administration Finance

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum three years’ experience in accounting required, preferably including fiscal administration of grant awards. Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required. A working knowledge of Generally accepted Accounting principles and Federal Uniform Administration Requirements and Cost Principals preferred. Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced, energetic work environment. Skilled as an independent thinker and problem solver. Demonstrated experience as a team player with excellent working knowledge of accounting software, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, and Windows operating systems. Non-profit experience a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for preforming a variety of accounting functions for a multi-faceted non-profit with a high-volume grants/contracts cycle. Responsibilities include accounting for grant activity, preparing grant billings forecasting/planning future grant activity, timely financial reporting and compliance with varied and extensive regulations. Also responsible for month end accounting activities, such as journal entries, allocations, recording receivables, and reconciling spectrum of balance sheet accounts: receivables, fixed assets, and other accounts as assigned. Assists in the annual audit and 990 process.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, M-F 8:00-4:00.
