POSITION:  Bilingual Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing and Family Stabilization-Homelessness Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor‘s Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous employment or internship with homeless families and individuals with multiple barriers and individuals desirable. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders as well as knowledge of community resources is strongly desired. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. Must have fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for interviewing, assessing and serving individual and family

applicants for Family Tree Homelessness Program. Case Managers provide home/field-based case management,

advocacy, community linkage, referrals, collaborations and program crisis line activities. 

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include some evenings and weekends.

POSITION: Administrative Support Staff

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Domestic Violence Services-Parenting Time Program

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.  One year office work/receptionist experience; typing/word processing 40 wpm; experience with multiple phone lines; experience with children; and basic bookkeeping skills required; Good oral and written communication skills.  Must demonstrate a commitment to serving and working with all populations and people.

POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for administrative needs of the Parenting Time Program.  Responsibilities include greeting clients, data entry, recording payments to client ledgers, and maintenance of client records/schedules.  Provides administrative support to the Parenting Time Program Director, Coordinator, and Specialists.  Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.  Carry files and supplies up and down stairs and movement sufficient to do filing and ordinary office/administrative tasks.  Able to speak and hear in groups and ordinary conversation.  Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.

POSITION:Bilingual Parent Support Provider

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-SafeCare Colorado

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field plus two years of experience working with young children and their families or a comparable mix of education/experience required. Must be skilled at building relationships with under-resourced, at-risk families. Must be comfortable going into homes that may be cluttered, dirty, dark, and not air-conditioned. Must be open to learning and to delivering a highly structured parenting skills training program.  Must have strong computer skills; prefer Word, Outlook and Salesforce or other web-based databased system.  Must have fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills.

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary goal of SafeCare Colorado is to provide an evidence-based program to reduce child abuse and neglect in Colorado. Parent Support Providers deliver a highly structured prevention program and direct skill training to at-risk families in the home setting.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include evenings and weekends.

 POSITION: Corporate Development and Event Coordinator

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Gifts and Community Support

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and knowledge of the process of donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship preferred. Experience and/or exposure to not-for-profit development activities strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree or comparable experience and not for profit experience is preferred. Connections to the Denver Metro business community would be helpful. Knowledge of Family Tree’s primary service areas is preferred. Ability to work independently, and to communicate and coordinate with several customers/clients, both internal and external, is required. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong ethics. Must be computer proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge is a plus.  Must be a team player with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to initiate tasks and projects; organize and set priorities; and coordinate multiple tasks with multiple priorities, many of which are time sensitive.   

POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Development and Event Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Development to increase financial support from corporate, individual, and civic groups. The Corporate Development and Event Coordinator will provide cultivate and manage a portfolio of current and new donors, facilitate, coordinate and manage revenue generating events and represent Family Tree at fairs and donor engagement events, in addition to supporting specific fundraising campaigns. This position requires an understanding of Family Tree’s mission, working in a team environment. An understanding of fundraising principles, processes, and strategies would be beneficial. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Non-exempt, 40 hours a week, Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexible hours required, including some evenings and weekends.
