POSITION:
SafeCare Parent Support Provider

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-SafeCare 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field plus two years of experience working with young children and their families or a comparable mix of education/experience required. Must be skilled at building relationships with under-resourced, at-risk families. Must be comfortable going into homes that may be cluttered, dirty, dark, and not air-conditioned. Must be open to learning and to delivering a highly structured parenting skills training program.  Must have strong computer skills; prefer Word, Outlook and Salesforce or other web-based databased system.   

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary goal of SafeCare Colorado is to provide an evidence-based program to reduce child abuse and neglect in Colorado. Parent Support Providers deliver a highly structured prevention program and direct skill training to at-risk families in the home setting. 

SCHEDULE:
Full-Time, Non-exempt, 40 hours a week, May include evenings and weekends.
