POSITION: Therapist

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-Community Family Resource Team

QUALIFICATIONS: Capable of providing all services and communication necessary in both languages. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field of study. Licensure—LPC, LMFT, or LCSW— required. Registration with DORA. Minimum 1 year experience providing individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and related services to youth and families. Access to acceptable transportation on a daily basis, for various home visits and off-site meetings.

POSITION SUMMARY: To provide brief, home- and community-based individual and family therapy, case management, resource assistance, and support to at-risk emotionally- and behaviorally-disturbed youth and families (often referred through departments of human services). To help youth and families address issues around substance abuse, trauma, abuse and neglect, truancy, and criminal behaviors. To partner with youth, families, and the referring agency to work towards family stabilization and prevention of out-of-home placement.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, some evenings and weekends
