POSITION: Bilingual Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing and Family Stabilization-Homelessness Program

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor‘s Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Previous employment or internship with families and individuals experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic violence with multiple barriers desirable. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders as well as knowledge of community resources is strongly desired. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for interviewing, assessing and serving individual and family applicants for Family Tree Homelessness Program. Case Managers provide home/field-based case management, advocacy, community linkage, referrals, collaborations and program crisis line activities. Position specializes in working with people who are homelessness as a result of fleeing domestic violence.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, some evenings and weekends
