POSITION: Supervisor

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing and Family Stabilization-Homelessness Program

QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education, experience and expertise relevant to the following subjects: homelessness, mental illness, domestic violence, substance abuse, households and children with multiple issues, poverty, housing and HUD regulations, grant administration, budget management, staff supervision and case management. Must have knowledge of Housing First, Voluntary Services, Trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing. Knowledge and a working relationship with local agencies and resources relevant to the metro area COC for homelessness services is preferred. Staff supervision and support experience is required.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Supervisor is responsible for direct management and oversight of the homelessness programs including the crisis line and services in the Homelessness Program section of Housing and Family Stabilization Services.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time-40-hours, Exempt, flexible schedule, typically 8:30-5:00 PM
