As a non-profit human services agency, we are committed to empowering change and transforming the lives of vulnerable populations in our community.

Due to the nature of our programs, upon acceptance of a job offer, all employees must submit to a state and national fingerprint-based criminal history records check, Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI) name check, Colorado Sex Offender Registry check, and a National Sex Offender Registry check. Most positions also require a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and are subject to Family Tree’s automobile insurance criteria. Employee Benefits

Family Tree benefits begin the first of the month starting the date of hire. All regularly scheduled employees are eligible for benefits. Benefits are prorated for part-time employees (employees scheduled to work 20-39 hours per week).

Vacation

Vacation benefits accrue at the beginning of the month for full-time employees in accordance with the following schedule:

0-1 years of service: 8 hours
2 years of service: 10 hours
3 years of service: 12 hours
5+ years of service: 14 hours

Sick

Sick leave benefits accrue eight (8) hours per month for full-time employees at the beginning of the month.

Benefitted employees earn two floating holidays each July 1st
